West Cork Folk was very simply born out of our love and pride of where we come from. 

West Cork is many different things to different people, that's for sure.

For us, it's about getting away from the fast-paced world and savouring the here and now. In other words, pressing that reset button.

The people that you meet ,the land and sea that surrounds you, the pubs and restaurants and many wonderful independent shops that are on offer, to of course the artistic & foodie culture (which West Cork is famous for) all contribute to making the region what it is.

Many have moved away for different reasons such as work, college or for the love of travel but for most, there's a longing to return!

West Cork Folk is a lifestyle brand celebrating this quirky corner of Ireland. Through our beautifully scented candles (illustrated by the wonderful West Cork woman Nina Cait and hand-poured here in Bandon), our sustainably produced clothing and colourful prints of the many places we love, we wanted to get across how we view the area. Hopefully the brand will spark nostalgia amongst anyone that grew up here or even holidayed here at some stage in their lives.
